Hunter Douglas has played a key role in the development of Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport where the ceiling system in the main halls, feature their range of BXD linear ceiling panels.

Recognised for their, versatility and ease of installation, the Hunter Douglas range of BXD panels are available in three different widths and heights.

This unique paring of ceiling options, make it possible to create highly functional and beautifully engineered three-dimensional designs. The BXD Ceiling panel (height 64mm) are available in three widths: 30, 80 and 130 mm which can be specified in combination with the B panels (height 15 mm), and BD panels (height 39 mm) from the Hunter Douglas Multi-Panel ceiling collection.

The 20 mm joints can be left open or closed, in addition you can also integrate Hunter Douglas’s special lighting solution Luxalon® Light Lines that adds practical and dimensional qualities to further enhance the ceiling design. Projects where large roof voids are a consideration such as transport hubs, sports halls and public venues are all suitable for this multi panel design together with schools, hospitals and large commercial and residential environments. An exciting colour palette coupled with a curved or flat carrier system provides the architect with a myriad of ideas that are designed to complement the internal space of a wide variety of projects.
